Bill Hearn, Property Manager, has over 18 years of property management experience, including large multi-story buildings, small individual owner properties, a 3000-member water and sewer utility company, and a variety of unit owner association properties. His focus is on the strategic implementation of property owners’ goals and objectives. Bill makes sure his properties are well managed by preparing accurate annual operating and capital budgets. He excels at financial reporting, construction management, tenant improvement projects, building operations, and tenant relations. He currently manages all property management services for five office buildings in Columbia, Maryland.

Prior to joining District, Bill served as a Property Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he was responsible for the performance and physical operation of over 300,000 SF of commercial property in the suburban Baltimore-Washington metro area.
