Brenda Potosnak, VP of Accounting and Finance, manages all financial aspects of District PM, as well as Orr Partners. Using her extensive accounting and auditing experience, she oversees District’s financial reporting, cash flow, internal controls, and accounting activities. She works directly with property managers and property accountants to ensure clients’ financial information is accurate and cash flow is maintained.

Previously, Brenda worked as a Corporate Controller for a $24 million international company where she improved cash flow through new billing processes.
