Ishita Parikh, Property Accountant, is responsible for accurately recording and tracking financial transactions related to District’s properties, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Ishita has almost 10 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, financial statements and cash flow analysis. She uses this experience to ensure the properties District manages have accurate books and financial statements.

Prior to joining District, Ishita worked as a Property Accountant, Commercial Property Manager and Head of Accounting Department for a commercial real estate firm.
