Jon Mitchell, Chief Engineer at District Property Management, has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate management. Jon is a skilled Engineer with significant experience operating older properties with aging equipment and infrastructure. He leads the District team of engineers, providing oversight and guidance.

During his tenure with District, Jon has established best practices within the company for the efficient and economical operations of the properties we manage. He excels at evaluating vendor performance and reliability to ensure property operations are efficient and cost-effective. In addition to our on-site engineers, Jon is available to respond to emergencies and ensure proper coverage during staff vacations and holidays.

Jon currently manages the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) property in Fairfax, Virginia, which is a 90,000 SF Class-A Office Building and museum. Before joining District, Jon managed operations for a 265,000 SF federal building in Fair Lakes, Virginia.
