Lindsay has an extensive track record of successfully managing all aspects of commercial management for a national Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), private owner-operator, joint venture, and 3rd party entities. She excels in streamlining operational workflows, organization, analytics, problem-solving, personnel and project management. Prior to joining District, she managed seven Class-A high-rise office properties totaling over 1 million square feet worth over $170M. Her oversight of these properties led to an average operational savings of $229K per year over three years during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
