Scott Siegel, owner and President of District PM and Orr Partners, is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and guides his teams to do the same. While overseeing the property management team, he also supports District with his strong financial background and understanding of market drivers. Scott’s management style generates enthusiasm and commitment from the entire District staff.

When District’s properties need capital and/or tenant improvements, Scott serves as the liaison between District and Orr Partners, a successful owner’s representation firm with a 36-year history of managing all types of construction projects. He leads the Orr project management team to ensure projects meet clients’ needs and are delivered on time and at or under budget.
