Upon selection as the new property manager for this building, District PM provided a seamless transition from the former property manager. This building provided us with another challenge in managing an aging asset and its building systems. We worked closely with the owner to identify and implement strategic solutions to streamline operations and ensure the building’s age was not a hinderance to the owner or tenants. District’s experienced staff continually provided the highest level of service.
