District PM manages, operates, and maintains the building services for the property owner as outlined in the lease between Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab and the property owner. On behalf of the owner, we collect rent, prepare annual budgets, pay real estate taxes and insurance, and perform reconciliations, all while ensuring a superior environment for the tenant and visitors per the lease agreement.
